2016 WISSA Worlds will take place on February 8th to 13th in Haapsalu, Estonia. It will be the fifth time for Estonia and third time for Haapsalu to organize WISSA title event. The organizers of the 2016 WISSA Worlds in Estonia have some good news for the windsurfers. With the cold front some minus degrees have been lasting for some days in Estonia creating beautiful ice to the smaller lakes.
